Every year Dance Theatre participates in the children's Harvest Festival held at the Arboretum. DT members play and interact with the kids, plan activities for them, and teach them dances!

Each fall, DT loves to take a trip apple picking! It's one of our first events of the year and it's a great time for the freshman to get to know the upperclassmen! We pick apples, drink cider, and eat lots of yummy donuts!

At the beginning of each school year, we have a dance majors meeting with all the dance majors and faculty. At the end of the meeting, the new freshman receive a big. This is a sophomore dance major who will be there for them and get to know them. You receive a family of older students who you can go to for any help or advice in the dance program!
